Football allegiance?
I still have hope in Penn State - as I was raised in Nittany Lion country.

What is your favorite song?
My favorite worship songs are always changing. As of this printing: “God of This City” by Chris Tomlin.
Growing up: anything by "Chicago" and James Taylor. Yeah - those 8-track players were awesome.

What's the best book you read last year?
i am not but i know I AM by Louie Giglio. Perspective of celebrating God's greatness and my smallness.

What are you passionate about?
Learning to love God more, love my wife more, and love my daughters more. Designing ways to make our pet cats disappear (joking! - as I'd rather have a dog). Anything chocolate! Oh - and I love music!

How did you come to know Jesus?
I accepted Christ as a 3rd grader at a summer camp. Raised in a Christian home, parents very involved in local church ministries, but the church became liberal. Replanted in a solid Bible teaching church - and I rededicated my life/assurance of salvation in January of my senior year in high school at a Nathan Myer prophecy conference in our church.

Tell me about your family.
I was born in Dutch country in Lebanon, PA. I met my wife and became great friends at Grace College. We didn't date until after graduation, and I was a youth pastor. She moved 600 miles to be on staff at the church's Christian school. We have been married 26 years, and have two sweetheart daughters: Ashton, a freshman at Indiana Wesleyan University, and Abby, an eighth-grader disguised as a senior in high school.

What is your vision for our church?
That we will do all we can as a church family and individually to let the world know there is Truth in a world of deception - Hope in a world of despair - and Light in a world of darkness.
