Blaze of the Invisible: Walking in the Light of our unseen God.
“The one created thing which we cannot look at is the one thing by the light of which we look at everything,” wrote G.K. Chesterton, referring directly to the sun and metaphorically to God. Although we cannot see God, it is by the light of his being and truth that we learn how to make sense out of life and really live. As A.W. Tozer put it: "What comes into our minds when we think about God is the most important thing about us." Next Sunday we begin a six-part sermon series focusing on several of our unseen God’s attributes--attributes which concretely impact our lives each day. Dr. Tiberius Rata, Professor of OT Studies at Grace Seminary, and Florent Varak, Pastor of the Grace Brethren Church in Lyon and a key leader in the evangelical movement in France, will be among the presenters in this series. Please join us as we discover how to walk in the light of our unseen God.
